Sons and Daughters of Cafh, our inner work has meaning as a way of assisting humanity in its process of evolution.
Let’s work for world peace.
During the day, let´s bear in mind the intention of praying and acting in support of peace in the vast number of daily situations we encounter. For example, when something disturbs us and upsets us, when we want to complain, when we are about to lose our patience, when we get angry with someone, when things don´t turn out as we wish.
Let´s remember that effective assistance is inner prayer, accompanied by outer action. Peace begins with each one of us.
